The stress and trauma caused by the demands of our lives puts great pressure on our bodies and minds. This tension can accumulate and become trapped within the body leading us to experience pain and discomfort, for example, aches and pains, anxiety, a feeling of being overwhelmed, inflammation, tension headaches, difficulty sleeping, lower back pain, sciatica, neck pain, a weakened immune system and chronic pain. Myofascial release and massage therapy are effective bodywork treatments to help support you with the discomfort and pain you are feeling.
What is Myofascial Release? Myofascial Release (MFR) is a safe bodywork technique which reduces pain and increases range of movement by working with the whole body. Gentle sustained stretches, pressure and vibrations are applied without oil to melt the fascial restrictions in the body. It is most effective and long lasting when received as a series of treatments. Each treatment to tailored to the individuals needs.
Myofascial release would be of benefit to you if you have been living with chronic pain for a while but are fed up with the discomfort. Scans have revealed there is nothing wrong with you but you still experience pain and discomfort, for example lower back pain, sciatic pain, shoulder and neck discomfort, fibromyalgia.

Intuitive Relaxation and Deep Tissue Massagebenefits:

Helps the body and mind move from stress to relaxation, enabling them to switch off the damaging stress hormones which can suppress the immune system, and switch on the rejuvenating feel-good hormones;
Improve posture. By supporting muscles health and connective tissue and through stretches and mobilisation, the body can regain movement in areas which have become stiff;
